    数控机床重复定位有误差怎么办?

      很多数控加工厂家都遇到过这样的问题,每一个产品完成校对后,重复出现几十个错误会相差很大,甚至达到0.1mm。在精密加工领域,这种误差值是不允许的。那么如何处理呢,很多厂家都遇到过这样的问题,但是每天都要总结原因,所以没有标准的处理方法。接下来,我们总结了相关的加工方法及原因进行跟踪。

      Many CNC manufacturers have encountered such problems. After each product is calibrated, there will be dozens of repeated errors, even up to 0.1mm. In the field of precision machining, this error value is not allowed. So how to deal with it? Many manufacturers have encountered such problems, but they have to summarize the reasons every day, so there is no standard way to deal with them.       1. 定位:准确地从一个位置移动到另一个预定位置称为定位。

      1. Positioning: moving accurately from one location to another is called positioning.

      2. 数控加工中心重复定位精度:重复定位操作的精度称为重复定位精度。

      8. 如果误差是不稳定的,有时是正的,有时是负的,很可能是控制和反馈系统的容差值没有设置正确。

      9. 数控机床的定位精度是指在一定的运动长度内实际运动值与理论运动值之间的误差。目前经济型数控机床的出厂定位精度标准为:长度为100mm的为0.004mm,文字机的机床和加工中心为0.002mm(激光干涉仪螺杆填充后的误差)。

      9. The positioning accuracy of CNC machine tool refers to the error between the actual movement value and the theoretical movement value within a certain movement length.       重复定位精度是指机床的滑板(拖板)在一定距离内的往复运动(7次往复为机床厂标准),误差为0.002mm。

      最好看一下丝杠和电机,看负载是否过大,不超过30%,重复定位误差可以用激光干涉仪测量,并改变相关参数应该没问题。

      It is better to look at the lead screw and motor to see if the load is too large, no more than 30%. The repeated positioning error can be measured by laser interferometer, and it should be OK to change the relevant parameters.
